Terms of use

Effective 22 July 2026 · Last updated 22 July 2026

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of digital-socket.com. They are short because the site is short: it describes what Digital Socket, LLC does and how to reach us. There is no account to open, nothing to buy, and nothing to upload.

They do not govern client work. Any engagement we take on is governed by the contract or statement of work signed for it. If those documents and this page ever disagree, the signed contract wins.

2. Who we are

Digital Socket, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company, operating from Paris, with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, New Castle County, USA. "We" and "us" mean that company.

3. Using the site

You are welcome here. Please do not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Interfere with its normal operation, or use it to distribute malware.
  • Scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
  • Present yourself as us, or imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

4. Our content

The text, typography, layout, drawings and code of this site belong to us, except where third-party components are used under their own licences — the typefaces are licensed under the SIL Open Font License. You may link to the site freely, and quote it with attribution. Please do not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

The Digital Socket name and mark are ours.

5. No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current at every moment, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. External links

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.

9. Contact
